How long after a botox treatment can I go to the gym?

What do our clients think? Average 5 out of 5 based on 572 reviewsRead all reviews

You should avoid any strenuous exercise that may increase the blood pressure to your face (e.g. yoga, stretching, vigorous exercise) for at least 24 hours after your botox treatment. Otherwise, the botox could migrate to adjacent muscles and cause complications such as an eyebrow or eye lid droop.
