Can I purchase the products you recommend off of the internet?

Unlike other clinics, we do not charge for Naruschka’s time to see you, write prescriptions, support you via telephone and email to adjust the protocols as you respond to the prescription products. However, all the products you use on your face must be purchased from us. We sell the products at the RRP set by the manufacturer. Some people try to purchase the products off the internet. However, it is illegal to purchase prescription product off the internet, so these products are often stale stock or counterfeit. We cannot continue to offer support to any client that uses anything on their face not purchased from us, because we don’t know what it contains and can’t be responsible for any complications that arise.
