Has your work hard, play hard lifestyle left you looking a bit hollow and dark under the eyes? A tear trough filler treatment for men is an instant and natural looking correction to hollows under the eyes. Eye hollows can develop from a young age, and are caused by genetics, long hours, lack of sleep, stress and poor diet. Hollows under the eyes can make you look tired and aged even when you’ve had plenty of sleep.
Tear trough filler treatment is available in the UK from botonics at our prestigious Harley Street clinic, in the heart of London’s private medical district.
A tear trough enhancement is an advanced treatment, and needs to be done by an expert to reduce the risk of complications and produce a natural looking result. At botonics, we have developed techniques that produce an instant, fresh and healthy result with minimal discomfort and risks.
Our clients who have a correction to the eye hollows are extremely satisfied, because this condition often develops early ahead of any other signs of ageing. By making a simple correction to this area the client’s overall appearance is restored to their youthful and energetic looking self. Take charge of your appearance with our high performance and clinically proven dermal fillers and be the best possible version of you.
At your free consultation, the expert will review your detailed medical history and advise whether a tear trough filler treatment is appropriate for you. Most people prefer the single step approach: consultation and treatment in the same appointment, which is usually possible. However, you’re in charge so there’s never any obligation to have treatment if you’re not satisfied to do so.
We use dermal filler that contains anaesthetic. Additional topical anaesthetic isn’t appropriate because it can blanch the skin and mask what work needs to be done. We use the latest blunt cannulas. Blunt cannulas are safer, less uncomfortable and cause less bruising that the cheaper traditional sharp needles. Please note, however, that in rare circumstances (i.e. less than 5%) we need to use a needle for tear trough treatments. This is when the filler needs to be placed in very particular places. There is a higher risk of bruising when we need to use needles.
We find that Restylane seems to work best and last the longest for correcting eye hollows. An enhancement usually takes 2.0ml or more of Restylane. Our technique involves placing the dermal filler very deep, which reduces the risk of lumpiness on the surface and is also a safer approach. In addition to the topical anaesthetic, our high performance dermal fillers also contain an anaesthetic which further reduces discomfort (though it can result in more swelling than non-anaesthetic fillers). The injections only take about 10 – 20 minutes.
Tear trough enhancements tend to last longer than treatments to other areas of the face because there is less movement in the area to break down the product. Depending on your metabolism, a Restylane tear trough enhancement will last 8 – 12 months or longer. The filler is gradually broken down over time and safely eliminated through the body’s natural metabolic processes.

We use only clinically proven, evidence-based, brand-name dermal fillers as manufactured and approved for use in the UK. Beware of cut-price treatments that use generic fillers from India or China. At botonics, we take a full hour to administer our Dermal filler treatments which means the topical anaesthetic we use has time to take effect – so no assembly line treatment from us.
Our cosmetic filler treatments are administered by qualified medical experts who are highly experienced in advanced tear trough treatments.
Our price for Tear trough treatments start from just £500, and you can spread the cost of any treatment over £600 interest free for up to three months.
If you’re tired of looking less than your best then take action and fight back. A small investment of your time for a free, discrete and no obligation consultation can help you decide if a tear trough treatment is the solution you’re searching for to look your best at work and play.
